Russell has worked with a renowned rugby football club for the last 2 years and is currently a senior physiotherapist with a famous club based in Richmond.

Russell is a successful sports therapist and personal trainer in SW London, having had extensive experience in sports at a semi-professional level. Russell has experienced and recovered from serious injury and understands the pressures faced by individuals.

SRP BSc Physiotherapy

Chris has ten years experience in Sports Physiotherapy and general musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Chris trained in South Africa and was involved in Currie Cup Rugby and International Softball. Since moving to the United Kingdom Chris has worked for a large private healthcare company as a senior physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients, and more recently as a Physiotherapy department manager.
